Recently used this service for my move from OC to SD. Everything was fine until I noticed they had chipped the corner of my dresser while transporting it. The guy didn’t seem that bothered and said he could only give me a quarter of an hour back (32 dollars) as compensation. This is a west elm dresser I have had for a year and a half. They also did not handle my plants with any care, putting lots of heavy items on top of them, leaving me to do surgery on most. My lamps also have white scuffs and scratches going up and down them. Other than that they worked very well and did a good job handling the rest of my things.
After posting this Michael got in touch with me and was eager to help me feel more satisfied with my move.

Tony and Rome were instrumental in the seamless move to my new apartment. They wrapped up all of my furniture with care, loaded and secured it safely within their truck. Unfortunately, my new complex does not have an elevator and my apartment is on the 3rd floor. Collectively, there were 8 flights of stairs from the truck to my apartment and they handled all of my heavy furniture with such care. I have to give it up these guys because my couch is a bit large and the hallways were quite narrow, but they made it happen anyways without causing damage at all.

Yafrem and Mark were great and they helped us move offices efficiently and without hassle. They unscrewed all our big desks and brought them into the new place so nicely and did not damage our furniture. They were very nice. Did an amazing job. I would hire them again anytime.
I had an amazing experience from the phone call to get an estimate to the moving experience . I was seriously in a stressful situation w incompetent leasing management. My upstairs neighbors caused a fire which then caused their water systems to go off. Then leaked everywhere into my unit. After already ripping through walls and construction in my unit. The leasing office THEN wanted to tell me that my belongings needed to be out of the unit. Gave me a 3 day notice to do so, or forfeit my place. After telling this to the man on the phone. He was completely understanding of my situation and gave me a whole breakdown of what was needed and said that they can do it.
Mind you, the construction crew had thrown everything wet dirty, clean, dry all on top of my bed . Ripped appliances out the wall. And basically put all my stuff in the corner making it very hard to reach.

Unbelievable how great these guys are. Mark and his team were amazing. I manage an apartment building. We booked them to move 3 art piece chandeliers that were 13' giraffes. I don't think anyone realized how difficult this looked when the got here and how they made it appear like it was just another day for them. The 1st photo is what they faced when they got here and remove them from the delivery truck and unpack them and know they had to take them up 4 flights of stairs in a building built in 1926!! 2nd/3rd Photo is in the stairwell getting the giraffes to the 4th floor and laying them out and last photo is what they will look like when the electrician is done with them. I know why these guys have an incredible reputation. And I forgot to mention they are over 300 pounds apiece and probably the most awkward shaped and weighted and yet they handled it as if it were nothing at all. They are my new recommendation to all residents!!
My partner and I had a wonderful experience with 4US MOVING. Everything was moved quickly but carefully and they easily assembled and reassembled our bed with an adjustable base along with some other furniture. We haven't found any damage yet as they packed most of the furniture during the move. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to make the moving process a little easier. Easy communication and clear/fair prices.
Very fast, did packing and moving, made it extremely easy. Would recommend! What would have taken me weeks to pack they did it in a morning , then moved the belongings and disassembled/reassembled diligently. Couldn’t believe I didn’t have to pack a single thing—was able to continue working the entire time.

Found them on Yelp. Has lower number of reviews than others but quality tram and service. Glad we went with them. We moved from 2 bed and 2 bath apartment to 4 bed and 4 bath house. Max, Misha, Farid were awesome we moved 2 times in 4 months and these guys were way better than the other movers. They were on time, very communicative and responsive, reasonable rates and very careful with item. Protected all the fragile items. Highly recommended. We’ll refer them to our sister that will be moving in a few months too.
